8月6日上午，2025国际汽联生态拉力杯赛（中国站）暨大黄山国际生态汽车拉力赛裁判员、领航员、车手培训班，在淮南迎宾馆正式开班。国际汽联名誉副主席、中汽摩联副主席万和平，国际汽联观察员卡洛斯·富恩斯，中汽摩联社会服务部副主任万翔，淮南市副市长范伟军，安徽省体育局群众体育处处长张伟等领导出席开班仪式，共同为赛事专业人才培养拉开序幕。

On the morning of August 6, the training course for referees, co-drivers, and drivers of the 2025 FIA Eco-Rally Cup (China) and the Great Huangshan International Eco-Rally officially commenced at the Huainan Guest House. Distinguished guests including Wan Heping, Honorary Vice President of FIA and Vice President of CAMF; Carlos·Funes, FIA Observer; Wan Xiang, Deputy Director of the Social Service Department of CAMF; Fan Weijun, Vice Mayor of Huainan City; and Zhang Wei, Director of the Mass Sports Department of Anhui Provincial Sports Bureau, attended the opening ceremony, jointly inaugurating the professional talent development initiative for the event.

淮南市副市长范伟军在致辞中指出，作为本次培训的举办地，淮南正以新能源汽车产业为抓手，打造“整车+零部件+后市场”产业集群。“赛事培训的落地，将进一步促进汽车文化传播，为淮南乃至安徽新能源汽车产业与体育赛事的融合发展提供强大动力。”

In his speech, Vice Mayor Fan Weijun noted that Huainan, as the host city, is leveraging the new energy vehicle industry to build an industrial cluster integrating "complete vehicles, parts, and aftermarket." "The launch of this training will further promote automotive culture and provide strong impetus for the integrated development of new energy vehicle industry and sports events in Huainan and Anhui Province."

安徽省体育局群众体育处处长张伟在讲话中指出，引入国际汽联生态杯这一顶级赛事，是安徽省积极推动全民健身与竞技体育协调发展、提升汽车运动专业化水平的重要实践。他勉励全体学员珍惜培训机会，提升专业技能，展现中国汽车运动爱好者的良好风貌，为赛事成功举办贡献力量。

Zhang Wei emphasized that introducing the FIA Eco-Rally Cup, a top-tier international event, represents Anhui's commitment to balancing mass fitness and competitive sports while enhancing the professionalism of automotive sports. He encouraged participants to seize the training opportunity, improve their skills, and showcase the positive spirit of Chinese automotive sports enthusiasts to contribute to the event's success.

中国汽摩联社会服务部副主任万翔强调了培训的重要性。他表示，生态杯赛事倡导的“环保理念与可持续发展”核心价值，与安徽推动绿色体育的目标高度契合。“此次培训是确保赛事专业性、规范性、安全性的关键基石。希望全体学员学以致用，严守规程，共同维护赛事的高标准与纯洁性。”

Wan Xiang highlighted the training's significance, stating that the Eco-Rally's core values of "environmental protection and sustainable development" align with Anhui's goal of promoting green sports. "This training is a cornerstone for ensuring the event's professionalism, standardization, and safety. We urge all participants to apply their knowledge, adhere to regulations, and uphold the event's high standards and integrity."

本次培训为期5天，课程涵盖国际汽联最新竞赛规则、生态赛事组织规范、反兴奋剂等专业内容，由国际汽联认证教官与国内资深专家联合授课。培训结束后，学员将通过理论与实践考核，获得国际汽联认可的资格证书，参与大黄山拉力赛的执裁工作。

The five-day training program covers the latest FIA competition rules, eco-event organization standards, anti-doping protocols, and other professional topics, taught by FIA-certified instructors and domestic senior experts. Upon completion, participants will undergo theoretical and practical assessments to obtain FIA-recognized certificates, qualifying them to officiate at the Great Huangshan Rally.

安徽省汽摩联相关负责人表示，协会未来将持续通过“培训+赛事+产业”模式，推动安徽汽车运动专业化、品牌化发展，助力体育强省建设。

An official from the Anhui Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Association stated that association will continue to introduce international top-tier event resources and promote the professionalization and branding of automotive sports through the "training + event + industry" model, supporting the construction of a sports-strong province.
